The Oleo-Mac BC241H Long Reach Hedgetrimmer
Cutting-back the tops and sides of tall hedgerows with a conventional hedgetrimmer can be an awkward, potentially unsafe operation, requiring either wobbly ladders, or costly scaffolding hire. This pro-grade shaft-mounted machine provides the ideal solution, with its expansive overall length of 1.8 metres enabling you to get the job done without leaving the security of terra firma!
The 50cm double-sided, dual reciprocating blades on the Oleo-Mac BC-241H Long-Reach Petrol Hedgetrimmer have a substantial 35cm spacing between the teeth, thereby ensuring even thick, woody twigs can be trimmed without causing damage to the plant. The blades have been both laser-cut and diamond ground, so they’ll remain sharp and clean cutting for the duration of the trimmer’s working life.
Driving the blades is an economical and environmentally friendly 21.7cc (1.2hp) air-cooled two-stroke motor, which, thanks to its combination of a lift-starter with ignition advance, a fuel primer and a digital coil, is quick and easy to get going. Engine-durability features include a two-ring piston, an aluminium drivetrain cover and a bearing-carried transmission.
The cutter bar on the ergonomically optimised Oleo-Mac BC-241H Long-Reach Petrol Hedgetrimmer benefits from a 12-stage (0 to 180°) adjustment mechanism, which means you’ll be able to work in comfort, whatever the shape, size and position of the hedge you’re tackling.
Backed by an extended three-year warranty, this model weighs 6.8kg and comes with a fatigue limiting shoulder harness.

This means that we can fulfil Husqvarna's requirement to perform an in-person handover. The only exception to this would be for "proficient users". We can deliver riders and tractors across mainland UK. Deliveries of these items within Yorkshire are FREE.
